About the Exhibition This exhibition captures the visual world of soLi, an instrumental unit known for its grand and technical sound, blending Saori Hoshino’s graceful violin with ISAO’s aggressive guitar.
The gallery features a collection of live photography taken over the past four years by Hiroki Okada, alongside newly shot artist portraits by Misuzu Shibuya, inspired by the song "Mother Lily."
Concept: Stillness and Motion While Okada records the fleeting drama within the flow of time, Shibuya reinterprets the images by printing on Washi paper and applying Japanese painting techniques, blurring the line between photography and painting. "SYNC" represents the resonance of these two distinct perspectives, merging into a single sensory experience.
👤 Artist Profiles
soLi A Japanese instrumental unit formed in 2020 by guitarist ISAO and violinist Saori Hoshino. Their unique sound has gained international acclaim through four studio albums, including their latest release, The Mother (2025).
ISAO A world-renowned 8-string guitarist known for his exceptional technique. In addition to his solo work, he is widely recognized as a member of BABYMETAL’s "Kami Band."
Saori Hoshino A classical-trained violinist and top graduate of Kunitachi College of Music. She performs across genres, collaborating with major Japanese artists and appearing in numerous recordings and live tours.

本展は、星野沙織の優美なバイオリンとISAOの攻撃的なギターが織りなす、壮大でテクニカルなサウンドで国際的な評価を得るインストゥルメンタル・ユニット「soLi」の視覚世界を捉えた写真展です。
会場では、過去4年間にわたり彼らのライブの瞬間を記録してきた岡田裕介氏の作品とともに、soLiの楽曲『Mother Lily』にインスパイアされ、渋谷美鈴が新たに撮り下ろしたアーティストポートレートを展示いたします。
コンセプト：静と動 流れる時間の中の一瞬のドラマを記録する岡田氏に対し、渋谷は写真を和紙にプリントし、日本画の技法を施すことで、写真と絵画の境界線を曖昧にする再解釈を試みています。「SYNC（同調）」は、これら2つの異なる視点が共鳴し、ひとつの感覚的な体験へと融合していく様を表しています。
👤 アーティスト・プロフィール
soLi ギタリストISAOとバイオリニスト星野沙織によって2020年に結成された日本のインストゥルメンタル・ユニットです。最新作『The Mother』（2025年）を含む4枚のスタジオアルバムをリリースし、その唯一無二のサウンドは海外でも高く評価されています。
ISAO 卓越したテクニックで世界的に知られる8弦ギタリストです。ソロ活動に加え、BABYMETALの「神バンド」のメンバーとしても広く活躍しています。
星野沙織 国立音楽大学を首席で卒業した、クラシックのバックグラウンドを持つバイオリニストです。ジャンルを越えて活動し、国内の主要アーティストとのコラボレーションや、数多くのレコーディング、ライブツアーに参加しています。
